1 General Provisions

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The minimum deposit required to claim this bonus is ৳300. The bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) before they can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

Cricket and Sports Betting

The odds provided at the time a sports betting market is created are valid. If a match is postponed or changed, bets will be cancelled and funds returned where applicable. If the rules of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or ICC tournaments change, bet outcomes will be determined accordingly.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or commit fraud on the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
• Transacting with funds obtained through corruption or theft.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Providing a false identity or false information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

22gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information or failing to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Being found to be a minor.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their account via live chat or email. After the request is received and verified, the account will be closed and any valid balance will be returned.
